1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are non-refundable.
- Opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
3. Return Process

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
